Fettuccine with Turkey
Try this unique Fettuccine with Turkey recipe. It’s perfect for quick and easy dinners.
INGREDIENTS:
Miracle Noodle Fettuccine, rinsed
Leftover turkey meat (cubed)
4oz Rao’s Homemade marinara
1oz cream cheese
1oz Cypress Grove Humboldt fog
1/4 of a jalapeno diced small (remove seeds to make mild)
DIRECTIONS:
In a dry pan place your rinsed Miracle Noodle and cook till dry. I use one 7oz bag fettuccine.
In a bowl combine the following ingredients to make the sauce:
4oz Rao’s Homemade marinara
1oz cream cheese
1oz Cypress Grove Humboldt fog
1/4 of a jalapeno diced small ( remove seeds to make mild)
Cube up leftover turkey meat or choose your favorite protein. About 2-3oz.
With the pasta nice and dry looking (no more water in the pan, about 5 minutes) add your turkey and with the pasta. Saute 1-2 minutes.
Add sauce to the pan and toss pasta and turkey in sauce. Heat till the cheese begins to melt.
Dish up and enjoy!
