INGREDIENTS:
All ingredient amounts to preference/taste unless indicated

1 pack of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini
Extra virgin olive oil
1 bulb of chopped garlic
Cremini mushrooms
Kale
Turmeric
Black pepper
Garlic salt + powder
Parmigiano Reggiano
Lemon
A bit of goat cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse Miracle Noodle according to the package. Set aside.

2. Sauté garlic in olive oil till fragrant. Add veggies and season with turmeric, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder.

3. Add in Miracle Noodle and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add in Parmesan. Allow noodles to soak up flavors. Remove all from the pan and plate.

4. Top with Parm and goat cheese and more olive oil if so desired.
