10 Minute Thai Veggie

Ingredients:
1 Pack Angel Hair
1 Can Shiitakes
1/4 Bell peppers
1 Red onion
5 Broccoli
Sauce:
1 tbsp sunflower butter
2 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp water
Directions:
1.) Drain noodles & heat in a dry pan.
3.) Sautee the veggies with a little water, no oil.
4.) Mix the Sauce ingredients and then add onto the vegetables.
2.) Toss noodles with sauce & veggies and top with scallions.
