Ingredients
- 1 Coconut wrap
- 1/4 to 1/2 /avocado
- 4 to 6 thinly slices of sweet red onion
- Pink sea salt
- Organic Roasted Red Pepper Olive Oil - (buy it or make your own)
Method
- I suppose you could use any flavor infused olive of your choosing, however I like the slight spicy bite of the roasted red pepper for added flavor.
- Simply slice avocado and layer with red onion to your taste, sprinkle a little salt over the top then drizzle the olive oil to taste. I use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. Enjoy!!
- Roll up and enjoy!!
