Low Carb Style Paella

Ingredients:
1 pack Miracle Rice
4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1/2 Chicken Broth
1 Pinch of Saffron
6 Clams
5 Squid
4 Mussels
3 Shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.) Prepare the rice as instructed in the package
2.) In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the garlic and onion until the onion begins to soften.
3.) Add the shirataki rice, then stir in tomato paste, chicken broth, and saffron.
4.) Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
5.) Arrange the clams, squid, mussels and shrimp over the rice.
6.) Cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover the pan for another 10 minutes.
7.) Serve and enjoy.
