Mexico in My Noodles (Inspired by Mexican flavors)

1 package of Miracle Noodle Fetuccine
1 small bunch of epazote
½ lb. of flor de Calabaza
1 medium tomato
1 medium bell pepper
¼ of an onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare MN as per package instructions
Saute onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomato. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add flor de Calabaza and about 5 leaves of epazote chopped
Add minced jalapeño and remove from stove
Add cooked Miracle Noodles, mix together
Best served with carne asada but could be enjoyed without any protein of choice and some sliced avocado!
