Ancho Chile Veggie Pasta

Ingredients and directions:
Part.1 - “The Simmer”
Simmer in a pot the following:
Chicken Bone Broth
Ancho Chiles
Prepared Miracle Noodle Angel Hair as per package instructions.
* Drain ingredients after flavors set in for a good 10 minutes. Set aside.
Part.2 - “Warmed NOT roasted”
* Warm in a pan over low-heat:
Grass-Fed Butter
Fresh Grated Ginger
Minced Garlic
Mexican Oregano
Pumpkin Seeds
* Set aside on a plate
Part.3 - “Tomatoes Dressed-Up”
* Simply assemble the following and plate:
Homegrown Tomatoes
Goat Chèvre Cheese
Amphora Nueva Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Amphora Nueva Mission Fig Balsamic
Dr. Cowan's Kale Powder
