Asian-Italian Fusion Pasta
Recipe by Cooking with Love & Passion with Sherri Williams.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound baby boy choy, halved
1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
2 packs Miracle Noodle Ready-To-Eat Spaghetti
3 sprays Simply Beyond Spray-On-Herbs Lemongrass
1. Heat a large skillet and add vegetable oil. Saute ginger, garlic, shallot, and red pepper flakes until shallots are translucent.
2. Add bok choy and soy sauce to skillet. Saute until tender and leaves have wilted. Remove bok choy and add set aside.
3. Add noodles to skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until noodles soak up sauce.
4. Transfer bok choy back to skillet. Spray noodles and bok choy with lemongrass herb. Mix well to evenly coat. Adjust seasoning to taste.
