Basically Zero Calorie Veggie Pho

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
4 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 yellow onion, quartered
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons of fresh ginger, grated
1 cinnamon stick
1 whole clove, the spice
2 whole star anise
Soy sauce, to taste
Sriracha (@sriracha2go), to taste
*TOPPINGS of choice - I used basil, mint, lime wedges, mung bean sprouts, hot red pepper, and peanuts - but feel free to add sautéed mushrooms, cilantro, green onions, Hoisin sauce, etc.!!!
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all the ingredients (except the noodles and toppings) to a large pot and bring to a simmer. Add additional sauces, if needed. Cover and allow the soup to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
2. Bring another pot of water to a boil, and add in Miracle Noodle Angel Hair. Boil for 2-3 minutes, then strain and rinse with warm water.
3. Once the soup is finished, ladle the soup into bowls (leaving behind the onions and spices). Add in Miracle Noodles.
4. Sprinkle with desired toppings and enjoy this un-PHO-gettable BASICALLY ZERO CALORIE Miracle Noodle BOWL.
