Cheesy Beef Caldereta

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb beef, bite-size (i used top sirloin)
2 tbsp avocado oil, (divided)
1-2 tbsp butter
Minced garlic
1/2 onion, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
Red and green bell pepper
Green olives
4-6 oz cheese (upto you)
Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan on medium-high to high heat
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and Cook the steak in batches if necessary (Don’t overcrowd the pan). Once you have finished searing, transfer all the meat to a clean plate.
3. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and butter. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften.
4. Add in seared beef, bell peppers, cheese, and olives. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5-8 mins.
