"When I needed a quick stir-fried noodle dish (chow mein), this it it! Done in under 10 minutes and dinner was served! I used my favorite zero-carb spaghetti from Miracle Noodle and stir-fried with some garlic, shrimp, ground pork, and green. Simply seasoned with liquid aminos, fish sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of dark caramel for color and pepper. So tasty!"

2 to 3 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp fish sauce
Black pepper to taste
Sesame & cooking oil
Fresh chilies for garnishing (optional)

3. Lastly, add the vegetables and cook for a while.
