INGREDIENTS:

1 pack ofĀ Miracle Rice
1 bag of lentilsā£
2 celery stalks choppedā£
1 medium carrot shreddedā£
1 tomato choppedā£
1 bunch of cilantro chopped smallā£
1/2 onion choppedā£
Sazon seasoning packetā£
Olive oilā£
Garlicā£
Cumin, salt, and pepper to tasteā£ ā£

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pot put the lentils, celery, carrots, cilantro, garlic, Sazon seasoning and cover with water just above the ingredients over high heat.ā£ ā£

2. In a small pan put about a tbsp of olive oil, salt, pepper, and cuminā£.Ā 

3. Add in the chopped onion and chopped tomatoes and cook down until the onions are translucent.ā£ ā£

4. Add the onion and tomatoes to the lentils and cook until tender.ā£ ā£

5. Serve over MiracleĀ Rice. Enjoy!
