INGREDIENTS:
1 package of Miracle Rice
1/2 can of coconut milk
1 tsp of xanthan gumā£ā£
1 cup of assorted veggies ā£ā£

DIRECTIONS:

1. Follow instructions as directed onĀ Miracle RiceĀ packaging and keep rice in pan.ā£ā£

2. Cook your steamed veggies. (I cheated and used the microwaveable kind, heheā£.)ā£
ā£
3. Add your coconut milk to the rice and mix in xanthan gum and then add your veggies. If you're "strict" keto, then lay off of the carrots. ā£ā£
