INGREDIENTS:

1 package of Miracle Rice
1/2 can of coconut milk
1 tsp of xanthan gum⁣⁣
1 cup of assorted veggies ⁣⁣
⁣
DIRECTIONS:
⁣⁣
1. Follow instructions as directed on Miracle Rice packaging and keep rice in pan.⁣⁣
⁣
2. Cook your steamed veggies. (I cheated and used the microwaveable kind, hehe⁣.)⁣
⁣
3. Add your coconut milk to the rice and mix in xanthan gum and then add your veggies. If you're "strict" keto, then lay off of the carrots. ⁣⁣
