1 pack of Miracle Noodle Ziti, prepared as directed on package
Shredded chicken breast (you can use leftover rotisserie chicken)
Low sodium chicken broth
Chopped parsley /spring onions (optional)
Salt and pepper
1. In a large pan, saute onions, garlic, carrots in olive oil/butter until fragrant. Add chicken and continue cooking for a few minutes.
2. Add the broth, heavy cream. Cover and bring to boil.
3. Lower the heat, then add pasta and simmer. Add shredded cabbage to the chicken pasta soup toward the end and stir until wilted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the creamy chicken soup into bowls and top with chopped parsley/spring onions.
