Angel Hair is my jam. I made creamy Alfredo pasta with it the first time, and now this: Dan Dan noodles. So so good. My boyfriend was even surprised at how similar the pasta noodles are to real pasta. Cause believe me- we’ve tried a lotttt of different alternatives. I eat mostly gluten free for PCOS and now have been trying the low-carb life as well since it also helps with symptoms. This is just what I do. I’ll stop my rambling now. Here’s the recipe y’all!"
