I know I'm not 100% in control of the day, but this, at least, is a good start for me to stay in the groove. Other ways I've been improving my focus is breaking up the day. Going on walks/runs three times, taking time to journal, read, creating new recipes, chatting with friends, and really sticking to my routine, personal to-dos, and daily habit list. Friendly reminder it's okay to not have your at-home routine or work schedule perfect yet. We're still adjusting to this new reality."

Easy Peasy Noodle Recipe
(Served with kimchi on the side and sliced cucumber)
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
Lono Life Bone Broth
3/4 tbsp of @coconutsecretofficial coconut aminos
1-2 tsp of @coconutsecretofficial coconut nectar
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1.5 - 2 tbsp of arrowroot powder
1-2 tbsp of sesame oil
Pepper (from a grinder)
Dash of ginger
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.
2. In a pan heat 1/4 cup of water (I added in bone broth for extra flavor and protein). Add in Miracle Noodle, coconut aminos, coconut nectar, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, arrowroot powder, sesame oil, and a crack of pepper, along with a dash of ginger.
3. Let simmer for 10 mins.
4. Serve and top with sesame seeds, green onions, and sriracha.
