"Miracle rice served with fried tofu and mixed vegetables in an Italian sauce. Deep fry tofu cubes. Heat some oil then add minced garlic, chopped carrot, water chestnuts, onion, Italian style tomato sauce, tofu cubes, ginger, cilantro, and black pepper."
1 package of Miracle Rice
Water chestnuts, chopped
Italian style tomato sauce
1. Rinse Miracle Rice for 15 seconds under cold water. Drain. Place in a pan over medium heat and move around till all water is absorbed. Set aside.
2. Deep fry (or pan fry) your tofu cubes. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic till fragrant. Add veggies, sauce, tofu cubes, herbs and spiced.
4. Add in Miracle Rice and give it a couple of minutes for flavors to set in. Serve garnished with cilantro.
