Here is her side dish made with our Lankanto Monkfruit Sweetener. It's perfect for a keto-friendly dish perfect for your next spring or summer gathering. It's ideal for any occasion.

Homade Lower Carb Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

Chopped cabbage
Chopped carrots
Chopped red onion
Chopped hamburger dill pickles
Apple cider vinegar
Good mayo
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients together. Amounts are to taste preference.

NOTE: You can use prepackaged coleslaw mix, dill pickle relish, and any sugar substitute. I just used what I had on hand, which was @lakantosweetener.
