Homade Lower Carb Coleslaw
Chopped red onion
Chopped hamburger dill pickles
Apple cider vinegar
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients together. Amounts are to taste preference.
NOTE: You can use prepackaged coleslaw mix, dill pickle relish, and any sugar substitute. I just used what I had on hand, which was @lakantosweetener.
