Keto-Paleo Chicken Pad Thai

INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of Miracle NoodleĀ Angel Hair
3 chicken drumsticksā£ā£
1 bell pepper, slicedā£ā£
1 cup broccoli floretsā£ā£
1/4 red onion, slicedā£ā£
1/2 cup snap peasā£ā£
Cilantroā£ā£
1 Tbs tamari (or soy sauce)ā£ā£
1 Tbs almond butterā£ā£
1 Tbs tahiniā£ā£
1/2 Tbs my chile crisp or just red pepper flakesā£ā£
1/2 lime, juicedā£ā£
1/2 in cube grated fresh gingerā£ā£
1/2 tsp sea saltā£ā£
1/4 tsp garlic powderā£ā£
DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
2. Add tamari, almond butter, tahini, chile, lime, ginger, salt, and garlic powder to a blender and puree until smooth. ā£ā£
ā£ā£
3. Toss drumsticks in half of the sauce and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 min, flipping halfway through. ā£ā£

4. While chicken is cooking, heat a skillet over a medium flame with a bit of olive oil. Add broccoli, pepper, onion, and peas and season with a bit of salt and pepper. SautĆ© for 5-7 min, stirring frequently. ā£ā£

5. De-bone chicken once finished cooking and add to vegetables with noodles and remaining sauce. SautƩ for another minute, add to a bowl and garnish with lime and cilantro.
