Paige had a craving and did something about it with Miracle Noodle.
1 cup Organic Girl super greens
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 oz shredded raw Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
14 grams raw pecans
A splash of cold water
Redmond Real Salt to taste
The Main Dish:
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
A handful of grape tomatoes, halved
Cooked chicken breast, sliced
Additional super greens
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.
2. Blitz all pesto ingredients together in immersion blender or food processor until smooth.
3. Toss into cooked noodles or use as a dippy dip! Service with chicken breast, additional greens, and tomatoes.
