Marinara Risotto

INGREDIENTS
Amounts to preference
Miracle Noodle Rice, prepared according to package.
Tomato Bone Broth
Garlic
Onion
Tomato Paste
Basil
Nutritional Yeast
Cayenne Pepper
Onion Powder
Balsamic Vinegar
Cashew Milk
Sea Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients together, minus Miracle Rice, in a saucepan. We suggest starting with 2 cups of broth, and adding in a couple of cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 of thinly sliced onion. Cook it down and add in tomato paste and seasonings.
2. Add in cashew milk and vinegar and adjust according to flavor preference.
3. Add in Miracle Rice and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to set in.
Strain rice.
