Ingredients for Blueberry Chia Jam

100g frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
A little lemon juice
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Porridge
1/2 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
Cinnamon and vanilla to taste
1 package Miracle Noodle Rice
1. In one pot put all ingredients for the jam with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to a boil then lower temperature and simmer until berries are soft.
2. In a separate pot, prepare Miracle Noodle Rice according to package. Rinse for 1 min, boil for two. Drain.
3. In the same pot, add almond milk, powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Let simmer until desired consistency. .
4. Combine the jam and the porridge in a bowl and enjoy! .
