Miso Mushroom Pasta with Garlic Shrimp, Basil, and Tomatoes

"Celebrating my favorite flavors this weekend. Tomatoes, basil, seafood, and fresh produce! Who can say no to some delicious grilled shrimp and savory noodles? Not this girl! Loving the extra umami the dried mushrooms and miso brought to the sauce. It was a flavor BOMB!"
INGREDIENTS:
Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
Garlic and ginger, dices
2 cups chicken broth
Lemon juice
Dried mushrooms
Miso paste
A small amount of sugar or sugar substitute
Basil
Tomatoes
Grilled shrimp
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package and set aside.
2. Place diced garlic and ginger in a pan to sautée. You can sautee with your choice of oil. Not much is needed.
3. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add lemon juice, dried mushrooms, miso paste, and a little sugar. Bring to a boil, then blend till smooth.
4. Add basil, tomatoes, and grilled shrimp with Miracle Noodle Fettuccine and enjoy!
