1. Start with a hot. pan with oil. Fry the carrots first, then remove them from the pan.

3. Add the salmon. (Start with the skin side down but be aware there is sugar in the sauce so it will darken quickly in the pan. Use medium heat so it doesn't burn.) You can add the extra marinade to the pan. Flip once, then remove from the pan when it's done. Wipe out the pan.
4. Add more oil, then cabbage, garlic, green onion. Fry until it starts to brown, then add an egg and another dash of sauce. Stir the carrots back in and add your "rice"—plate with the salmon on top.
