One Pan Noodles
They may be small, but shrimp is a mighty fish! This shellfish is considered a great keto food due to low carb content and an abundance of minerals. Paige Geffken made a dish around these guys with our shirataki noodles.

INGREDIENTS:
Miracle Noodle Shiritaki FettuccineSliced Barrel Creek Provisions Fermented Carrots
6 oz of prepped shrimp
1 TBSP sesame oil
Red bell pepper
1 TBSP Swerve Brown Sugar
1 TBSP coconut aminos
1 TBSP Barrel Creek Provisions lemon ginger carrot gut love probiotic
1 TSP Yais Thai chilli garlic
Fresh cilantro
SEASONINGS:
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Salt as needed
DIRECTIONS:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Add one bag of rinsed and drained Miracle Noodle Fettuccine noodles to a hot pan and toss until most of the moisture is gone.
2. Add 1tbsp of sesame oil, red bell pepper and a sliced Barrel Creek Provisions fermented carrot. Scooch it all over to one side of the pan and sear 6oz of prepped shrimpies- about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Meanwhile mix together 1 tbsp Swerve brown sugar, 1 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp Barrel Creek Provisions lemon ginger carrot gut love probiotic, and 1 tsp Yais Thai chilli garlic in a bowl until well combined. Add it to the pan when the shrimp is cooked through and toss to coat.
4. Serve with fresh cilantro.
