Seafood Noodle Stir-Fry

This was SO delicious! I don’t know what name to give it, probably seafood noodle stir-fry? Inspired by Asian cuisine. The best thing about this? It’s low-carb!

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
Coconut aminos
Pink salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Thyme
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Mustard seed
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Wild caught shrimp
Organic black pei mussels
Garlic
Scallion
Red onion
Spinach
Bell pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs
Fresh parsley
Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. To cook the noodles: after boiling them and filtering out the water, I placed them in a skilled and started seasoning the noodles. I used coconut aminos and my spices. I threw in my veggies, and I added butter and sesame oil for extra flavor because I love my food with flavor.
2. Shrimp and mussels were steamed and then grilled with butter.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Lastly, I sliced my eggs and plated with fresh parsley and added lemon juice. Freaking delicious!
