Shirataki Thai Noodles & Sesame Ginger Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces of chicken breast
Sesame Ginger Sauce from The Ginger People
Oil of choice for cooking
1 pack of Miracle Noodle Ready-to-Eat Thai Tom Yum
1 pack of broccoli slaw (find in refigerated produce)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Marinade chicken in sauce for 4 hours in fridge.
2. Heat a pan with oil of choice over medium heat. After oil spreads, place chicken in pan and sear both sides. Cook until inside temp reaches 165 degrees/until cooked through. You can also bake at 350 till chicken is done. Around 25 minutes.
3. Set chicken aside on a cutting board, and slice.
4. Place a pan over medium heat with a small bit of oil, and heat through Thai Tom Yum from Miracle Noodle along with a pack of broccoli slaw. Once slaw is almost cooked through, add chicken and combine.
