Shrimp Pad Thai

INGREDIENTS:
SAUCE
2 to 3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp dark caramel sauce
1 to 2 tsp white vinegar or tamarind juice
Sweetener to taste
2 to 3 tbsp water
Mix everything together & set aside
PAD THAI
1 packet Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
4 to 6 medium sized shrimps
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg
GARNISHING
Dried chili flakes
Bean sprouts
Spring onions
Roasted peanuts
Lime
Red chilies
Fried shallots
1. Prepare Miracle Fettuccine by rinsing, draining, and boiling for 2 mins. If using ready-to-eat ones, this step is not necessary. Dry roast noodles in a pan without oil to remove excess water then set aside.
2. In a pan, stir fry the garlic with oil until fragrant, add the shrimps and cook for a while.
3. Add the noodles, sauce and mix to combine. Push noodles aside, scramble the egg then mix everything together. Adjust taste accordingly.
