Make this tasty low-carb dish with our Miracle Rice!

"How I LUNCH. My healthy version of a veggie stir-fry. Veggies + Miracle Rice + tofu & tempeh. Yum! Yum! So simple and delish!!!"

Ingredient amounts are to personal preference.

1.) Stir-fry veggies of choice with some sesame oil in a wok or deep pan. (I used red onions, mushrooms, broccoli, sugar snap peas, snow peas, bean sprouts, baby corn, water chestnuts). 

2.) Rinse Miracle Rice and microwave for two minutes. 

3.) Add Miracle Rice to the wok. 

4.) Add tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

5.) In a separate pan add cooking oil spray, cubed tofu, and tempeh seasoned with seasoning salt and lemon pepper. 

6.) Add all together and enjoy!
